Refund policy

The Benn Store Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy.

Cloom™ is a brand of The Benn Store and The Benn Store believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and therefore follows a liberal cancellation and refund policy. This policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product/service purchased through our platform.

1. Cancellation Requests

·      Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 2 days of placing the order.

·      However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to the seller/merchant and they have initiated the process of shipping, or if the product is already out for delivery.

·      In such cases, customers may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.

2. Non-Cancellable Products

·      The Benn Store does not accept cancellation requests for damaged items that have been tampered with.

·      However, refund/replacement will be made if the customer can establish that the quality of the product delivered is not good.

·      Please note that the bloomers for the girls' frocks have been tailored according to age-specific sizing. As these are a part of the frock set, they cannot be exchanged, returned, or replaced.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

·      Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

·      In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our Customer Service team within 2 days of receiving the product.

·      The request will be entertained only after the merchant checks and confirms the issue.

·      Exchange/replacement product will be delivered within 8-10 business days.

4. Products Not As Expected

·      If you feel the product received is not as shown on the site or not as per your expectations, you must notify our Customer Service team within 2 days of receiving the product.

·      After reviewing the complaint, the Customer Service team will make an appropriate decision.

·      Please note that the bloomers for the girls' frocks have been tailored according to age-specific sizing. As these are individual pieces, they cannot be exchanged, returned, or replaced.

·      As all our products are made from knitwear, slight variations in measurements are expected. Please allow a tolerance of ±1 cm.

5. Warranty Claims

·      For complaints regarding products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, please refer the issue directly to the manufacturer.

6. Refund Processing

·      We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically credited on your original payment method within 6-8 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

·      In case of refunds approved by The Benn Store, it will take approximately 6–8 days for the refund to be credited to the customer.

·      If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@shopcloom.com.

7. Return

·      The customer can return the product within 7 days of delivery.

·      To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

·      To start a return, you can contact us at support@shopcloom.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: #1, Gratia Plena, #30, 1st Main Road, Adi Kabir Ashram, R.T. Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka - 560032.

·      If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

·      If the return is initiated by the seller a door pick up will be done and the quality check of the ordered item will be conducted before the return shipping is initiated.
